• Account login information
• App usage data
• Subscription/payment information via Stripe
• Reflection and wellbeing input voluntarily entered by users

We use your information to:

• Provide access to AURIS OS
• Deliver personalised app experiences
• Improve app functionality and stability
• Process subscriptions securely
• Communicate important updates
• Support safeguarding, moderation and platform safety where appropriate

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. AURIS OS does not store full card information.

We take reasonable steps to protect user data using secure systems and trusted third-party providers.

AURIS OS may use trusted services including:

• Stripe
• Google Play
• Firebase
• Analytics providers

These services may process limited technical data required for app functionality, payments, analytics and platform stability.

We keep your account information and reflections for as long as your AURIS account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible to you in case you return. If you ask us to delete your account, your profile, reflections, brain dumps and check-in history are removed from active systems within 30 days. Limited records (for example, payment records) may be retained where we are legally required to keep them.

AURIS does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Ever. We do not run advertising and we do not share your reflections with anyone outside the service providers strictly needed to operate AURIS (for example, Stripe for payments).

Reflections, brain dumps, check-ins and any emotional or wellbeing content you enter into AURIS are treated as sensitive personal data under Article 9 of the UK GDPR. We process this data only with your explicit consent, given when you create your account and use the service, and only for the purpose of providing AURIS to you.

This data is stored on encrypted servers, is never used for advertising, profiling, or training third-party models, and is never sold or shared.

Users may request:

• Access to their data
• Correction of their information
• Deletion of their account and all associated reflection data
• A copy of their data in a portable format

To request any of the above, email support@aurisidentity.com from the address on your account. We will respond within 30 days as required by UK GDPR.

AURIS is a wellbeing and identity support tool. It is not a medical, psychiatric, therapeutic or crisis intervention service, and does not diagnose, treat, monitor, or influence the treatment of any medical condition.
