Terms of Service

AURIS is a wellbeing and identity support tool. It is a calm daily system of reflection prompts, written exercises and behavioural cues designed to support identity stability after a major life or role change.

AURIS is not:

• therapy or counselling;
• a medical device;
• a clinical or diagnostic service;
• a crisis service or emergency response service.

AURIS does not diagnose, treat, monitor, or influence the treatment of any medical condition. If you are in crisis or in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services or visit findahelpline.com.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an AURIS account. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity that happens under your account.

Membership pricing. AURIS membership is £14.99 per month, billed in GBP. All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. The price shown at checkout is the price charged by Stripe.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing area in your account, or by emailing support@aurisidentity.com.

When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a period unless required by law.

If you cancel during the 7-day free trial you will not be charged at all.

You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@aurisidentity.com. When you delete your account:

• your profile, reflections, brain dumps and check-in history are removed from active systems;
• any active subscription is cancelled at the end of the current billing period;
• limited records may be retained where we are legally required to do so (for example, financial records relating to payments).

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

AURIS includes a quiet community space (the Reflection Room) where members can share short written reflections. When you post or interact in the community you agree not to:

• post abusive, threatening, hateful or discriminatory content;
• post anything that targets, identifies, or attempts to contact another member outside AURIS;
• post spam, advertising, promotional material, or links unrelated to reflection;
• post sexual, graphic, or violent content;
• encourage self-harm, suicide, or harm to others;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
• attempt to use the community as a crisis service.

We may hide posts, suspend accounts, or remove members from the community without notice if these rules are broken. Repeated or serious breaches will result in permanent removal.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use of AURIS after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
